An innovative way of offering English language skills specifically for finance and business students around the world. Cambridge Financial English is a 'blended learning' course, with a mix of online and face-to-face tuition, intended to help individuals improve their financial English skills.

Jeremy Day

Jeremy Day is the Series Editor of Cambridge English for., a series of short ESP (English for Specific Purposes) courses. He has also written several teacher's books for Cambridge University Press, including International Legal English, Introduction to International Legal English, Cambridge English for the Media and Cambridge English for Marketing. He writes business English and ESP activities every week for Professional English Online http://peo.cambridge.org/, including regular worksheets on new Financial English jargon. He has a blog for teachers of ESP http://specific-english.blogspot.com/. He teaches business English, legal English and general English at the British Council in Warsaw.

Roman Kozierkiewicz

Graduate from the Central School of Planning and Statistics (presently the Warsaw School of Economics), scholarship holder of the Delhi School of Economics, advisor to the International Development Group in Washington, translator and author of economic terminology dictionaries and articles on finance and foreign trade.

Julie Pratten

After many years involved in teaching business, teacher training and writing projects in Brazil, Germany, and the Czech Republic, Julie Pratten turned to preparing specialist courses for bankers and financial experts. She is now based in Turkey, where she delivers courses for the Banks Association and the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. She has written several ESP titles, including Banking English (Delta Publishing 1997), Business Activities from A-Z (SBS Publishing 2001) and Absolute Financial English (Delta Publishing 2009).
